Hello Guys; For those of us that have yet to receive our cars, it would be SWELL if you guys that HAVE GOTTEN your babies would also include your Res. # since VINS dont really seem to have any sequence. I know there are LOTS of holes in the sequence of Res. #s too,but at least it will give me hope. Its funny. They called to tell me they were about to call me????, but haven't, to give me my VIN.
My delivery date window is Jan. 29-Feb. 10th and my Res. # is 11,484. Has anyone with a higher Res. # been called yet? Any info would be great- Thanks, Shannon

It would be nice if everyone put their sequence number in their title or signature. (Note that it's the sequence number you want, which is different that the reservation number.)
I'm by no means a logistics specialist, but it would seem to be far more cost effective to have 2 cars delivered over 1500 miles to 2 points within 10 miles of each other on the same truck! Today, I don't care in the slightest...it's coming! But as a shareholder...yikes!
Because the truck isn't owned or leased by Tesla, they would pay the same rate for delivering two cars on the same truck. It might hurt the trucking company's bottom line (assuming no other cars) but it won't affect Tesla's.

There are 3 Model S's in Kansas City all in the same day. A young lady in Lenexa took delivery of one off the same truck as mine.

Thanks all for the recent flurry of delivery info, especially postings with photos. The doctor has been able to detect a pulse in my system again, and so I should now be able to manage the wait until my own Model S is delivered this spring.
Hard to get any sleep tonight, as my new S will be here in 16 hours, heyyyoooo! I'm Res#5652 (though i used to be in the Sig #600's or some such), Vin#3314, so this will stop the clock at 14 months since my initial deposit. And yes, it's all going to be well worth it. This company is doing something very special and unique on several levels, and its a privilege to be part of that experience. Ill post photos tomorrow afternoon - for now, back to counting S's to try and get some sleep.

Delivery went without a hitch. Just missing my CF spoiler (are they seriously out of those or did they just forget?!) and parcel shelf (which I'm told by my DS that they are redesigning). More tomorrow after I process

Spotted: One black, one silver, and two white Model S getting delivered to the Portland Service Center, to be prepped for Tesla delivery.
I didn't have time or opportunity to catch the VINs... sorry folks.

HFS! This car is unbelieveable. I could not be more satisfied. It arrived with 165 miles of range. The paperwork had 95 miles on the OD but the actual was 22. The due bill had the parcel shelf. I am also awaiting the HPWC. I put the custom all weather mats in right away and they fit like a glove.
The delivery was excellent. I recieved mine the same time that Tony did in Kansas. Both Black 85kWT. There are 4 MS in Kansas City now; 2 black, 1 pearl and unknown. The driver was excellent and the DS, Whitney, was fantastic. I'll post some pics with a little more details later.
There were 3 cars left on the carrier. Two were headed to Chicago and the last one was going to Queens, New York. Sorry I did not get any VIN numbers.

I can't make up my mind on the color. Please post pictures of your Pearl White. It is one of the colors I like.
