My wife is a member of the North Dakota Telsa Owners Group facebook page or group (I think that's what it's called?) to keep track of what's going on south of us.
In the most recent picture, the conduit near the V3 cabinets will be for the site master controller and/or the switchgear, not additional supercharger cabinets.
All right! By the time the US-Canada border reopens, the Grand Forks folks will have worked out the kinks for a worry free Supercharging experience for us Canadians! Can't wait!
Did anyone else spot the '+ EV" plugs/whatever (?) on the very LH side of the photo? Assuming it's a non-Tesla charging location, it's nice that they are combining all in one location.

That’s a Chargepoint dual J1772 unit. Tesla has been installing these alongside Superchargers in quite a few places, most notably in conjunction with their Target store locations.
I see a permit for Estevan Sask. which suggests that Minot - from Canada, or via Devils Lake having a charger on Hwy 2 - is a logical destination point.
Add in Williston and all ND will be accessible for Teslas.
