My taptes is also only working on the right side. Tried plugging in power directly, splitters, reset, but wont work. Left side will work for like 10 seconds when I first get in the car but then stops working. Wonder if its a software issue?

Yeah I am doing the same thing. If they fight the repair costs or anything doesn't seem right I’ll come back to my insurance and get repairs done through them and have them recover my deductible from the other party.

Yeah in this case it was pretty clear that he was lying. The CHP officer knew it was a lie as it was obvious what happened based on the areas of damage. Probably would have been fine even without the video, but the footage makes it 100x easier.

So after looking on Tesla's website and that they own only three body shops - San Jose, Pomona, and Chicago, - I wonder if my service appointment will just be cancelled. The phone app does give the option for accident damage at the SC, but wondering if I need to take it to Pomona which isn't ideal.

Here are the photos. The driver was not the owner of the car, but the car did have insurance on it. I filed a claim with my insurance who I'm sure will reach out to theirs. I've handed over their policy info so they can make contact. I'll post an update once I have an estimate.

Those of you who recently picked up your car, how was the delivery experience, how long did the whole thing take, were there defects, etc.

Within your order page, pull up the source code and just search for "5YJ" and it'll pop up if your VIN has populated.

FINALLY, Found VIN in source code 345xxx. Screen hasn't changed yet though.
