Just chatted with Tesla, this was their response to the email - "Thank you for your patience! Okay so no worries here it was just a notification email for you. Congrats on your order by the way! You should be able to make payment 24-48 hours before delivery."

Thanks. I couldn't pull the trigger. I'm headed out of town on Saturday next weekend, and I'm not sure they can transport from Bay Area to SoCal, and get everything ready without putting a ton of stress on my time to take delivery prior to Friday. If it was a local car it would have been in my account by now.
Also, while I sat on it for 10 minutes, someone else nabbed it. Someone got to take the car home!

Same here with an original June 20-30 and now saying September (2nd time this has happened so I am assuming we are taking delivery this month)
The "Go to Account" button doesn't load and there's no payment button when on the Manage page for the Y order.
Also what is the protocol here for paying at delivery? Just ignore the request to complete payment?

If you look up thread a bit, you’ll see that just about everyone got that email. And that there’s no way to pay. It’s some kind of glitch. You would normall get contacted to pay 24-48 hours before delivery.

Got the same email - EDD shifted to match what my SA told me so hopeful for delivery next week!

i did not get that email, but did get an email about completing insurance (which i did yesterday). right now my delivery window for 6/20 seems to be holding...

Sent an email to my SA to ask for a build date yesterday, hopefully get a reply today.

Got the email everyone got this morning - plus this lovely new EDD.
Maybe more 7 seaters aren't gonna be produced this quarter? I know it's pointless to speculate and that I should stop checking constantly, but it's just in my nature I suppose.

Just got the same email this morning. My delivery went from the end of June to September and now back to June 20-30th. I also still don't have a vin but got a text from the delivery team on the 14th asking to confirm delivery this month.

I think it went out to everyone, my colleague who ordered her's in late May got one too.....other car companies need to catch up so Tesla can't keep doing whatever the heck they want as far as customer service.
