FSD Beta v11.x

The next big milestone for FSD is 11. It is a significant upgrade and fundamental changes to several parts of the FSD stack including totally new way to train the perception NN.

From AI day and Lex Fridman interview we have a good sense of what might be included.

- Object permanence both temporal and spatial
- Moving from “bag of points” to objects in NN
- Creating a 3D vector representation of the environment all in NN
- Planner optimization using NN / Monte Carlo Tree Search (MCTS)
- Change from processed images to “photon count” / raw image
- Change from single image perception to surround video
- Merging of city, highway and parking lot stacks a.k.a. Single Stack

I don't pay super close attention to the roll outs, but just as a data point I got 11.3.2 two nights ago. I like the better visualizations, but I miss being able to choose the follow distance on highways.

Pre-Safety-Score group is getting 2022.45.12 / 11.3.3 now. TeslaFi shows 4 pending from 11.3.2 while Teslascope shows 7 installed/pending.

Edit: And now they've jumped up to 400+ and 125+ pending each of those services respectively, so roughly 10% rollout. Teslascope shows all pending are from 2022.45.11 / 11.3.2, so seems like it's a relatively urgent fix to get them off that version instead of adding more people from 10.x.
