Most super cars have a front suspension lift button - F cars, Lambo, even the new vette. It would be pretty odd for the Roadster to not have that capability.

I had "high voltage fuse" problems due to "software issue" - after that, 100% charge was right around your number. Tried to SC it and threw an error. Care is now getting a new battery installed.

Someone needs to get custom software on a P3D - the 60 foot times are so nerfed, this car would be a monster in the 1/8th - I'd be happy with the 60 foots I used to pull with my diamond star in the late 90s. I'm not even saying we need 1.49s - 1.6s should be fine unless axles are made of glass.

Hello, and thanks for reading! Car had to be serviced after I got the "pull over now..." message. Turns out it was the "high voltage fuse" due to a "software issue". Hmmm... Did get a new 12V out of it. Didn't realize it at first but a normal charge to 80 was low - decided to go for 100%...

Except the brakes on the PUP are really not good at all. They were toast after 3 laps. They are not what I would have expected when Elon promised this was going to beat the M3 around the track. They are going to need to be replaced with something aftermarket if you ever want to really track...

If you read that review of the P3 on the track over at Rennlist (the P forum), you will see that the P3 PUP brakes didn't last 3 laps... This is why I didn't go with the PUP. I wanted better wheels and much better brakes. P- owners knew they wanted better. Give us TM. Here is a link - good...

Even the high temps listed above are bad for those tires...

My experience - Drove my STI, with summer performance tires, in a dusting (DUSTING) of snow. It was bad. Really bad. Find a way to not drive on those tires if there is going to be snow.

P3 is no track monster, not even close. Buy an old Miata until you can't improve your skills (which will likely take years). Then upgrade everything on it, spend more years getting faster. Then when you think you are good, buy something like a used Radical.

Free PUP while keeping FUSC, tempting (especially if you keep the Aero wheels to sell)... Losing FUSC, take the $5k and add better brakes and wheels IMO.

Sure it's worth it. You will have it, and if you ever want to upgrade the brakes, you can. There are great options that will work with 19s, and "better" options that will work under 18s.

This is the biggest point. Next time I'll probably wait longer before I pull the trigger. If all P owners get the refund, promised track mode, we see times on a track with the same driver beat M3 times (/S), all is well. But Elon, you have to think these things through...

P3D- after refund means you have $10k in your pocket vs P3D+ (ignore free SC). You will get track mode. So then if you WANT, go buy real brakes (better than the PUP brakes), better 19" wheels (you don't want 20s), choice of tires and have cash left over. Sell your aeros for a few dollars...

I used to pull 1.6x 60 foot times on my 2G diamond star, 17 inch wheels with the stock tires. I can't imagine the P3D is not capable of a 1.6. Come on launch mode.

WOW, that is trick. I installed the Kenriko last night. I did white so you can see a few issues on the edges. Once I get annoyed with it I'll be going with something like the EVwrap.

The stock tires on my STI were deathtraps with just a sprinkle of snow. (I took delivery at the wrong time of year...) I wouldn't get anywhere near snow let alone the temps with the stock tires on the P+. Get a second set of wheels and tires.

While you are right, the P3D is going to attract the go-fast market. There will be a ton of money to be made. The hackers will come. Check back in a year =)
