EDD updated to 8/10 - 8/21, the end date has been sticking the same
(if my theory is correct, I should get a vin around the 11/12 range..)

8/7: 8/9 - 8/21
8/9: 8/10 - 8/21 as of today!

My MYP EDD was also pushed, but further than yours. I've been at 8/9 - 8/29 for the past week until it said "7-9 weeks" yesterday. Now it got pushed further out and says 8/13 - 9/3. I suspect I'll probably see a VIN either next weekend or the beginning of next week for the MYP.

My MYLR EDD now says 9/2 - 9/22, so I may just wait to get that instead at this point and save $12k since I ordered the LR at 48,990 and ordered the Perf at 60,990.

I actually test drove a MYP this weekend, and it was fast and fun to drive. While I would love to have that type of performance in my car, I'm perfectly fine with the acceleration & power of the MYLR for everyday normal driving use, and it's still pretty quick as is. If I really want a faster LR, spending $2k for the boost package is still a good deal when I'm looking at a $12k price difference between my orders. Now if I had ordered a LR recently at the current 53,990 price, then I would probably get the MYP instead of the LR for the smaller difference in price.

Just grabbed my second Model Y out of the existing inventory. VIN 244xxx

I'm kicking myself for ever ordering the good ole fashioned way. Cancelled the first car I snagged because I felt I was settling just to get a car without waiting. It was white and not exactly what I wanted.

This time around I ended up with a Model YP, black on black! Excited about picking it up. Delivery date August 14-17th.

Honestly, if you are tired of waiting and willing to pay the extra $$, devote an entire day to hitting the fresh on tesla-info and recruit a team to help you!

You can use distill to perform the refresh function. I’ve done this for local search results. You do have to be at the computer when the alert triggers so you can nab it within the 10 seconds it’s available on the website.

We got her home today! Received VIN Friday (243xxx) with scheduled home delivery for Tuesday, Aug 10th, but I couldn’t wait after learning the Y was already at the Rocklin SC.

I couldn’t reach anyone by phone so we visited the SC in person. The delivery specialist said they could prepare the car today but to come back in three hours. No problem!

The car looked great! Paint and panel alignments all looked good. Coat hooks opened and closed. Checked all the common issues and everything was good. Quick calculation indicated 100% SoC equates to 329 miles. Only real issue is that two doors require force to close. Set an appointment to get it adjusted later. The other “issue” is more my OCD noticing the rectangle VIN cutout at the base of the windshield appears ripped or torn.

Quickly installed the floor mats, console organizer, and mud flaps. The Basenor mud flaps deserve special mention as they installed easily with a solid and secure fit. They even include clips for extra retention but honestly seemed plenty secure without them (I still used the clips per instructions). Also no issues removing the screw underneath for the rear mud flap installation.
