to all that are not getting the update you can try what worked for me.
Go into the service menu and click on reinstall software.
The car reinstalled 10.69.3.1 and 5 minutes later I got the update pushed and now I'm on 10.69.25
Not Factory reset!
As soon as you go into the service menu there is a button in the middle that says Software reinstall ...it should by on the right side

The hardware is the same so you hardly have a "vintage" car . I'm also waiting as many others. It is rollout and some of us have to be a latter end of the rollout.
