I haven't received the invite yet, but have the referral count to receive it. The events are a great time to meet other Tesla owners and get a hands on/first look at new products. The food has been good and drinks are in abundance (some hit up the bar a bit to much, *Lady at GigaFactory in the crowd during Elon's speech* - anyone remember her? lol.

I flew in the morning of the Model 3 event and flew out at 5 am the next morning. Didn't even get a hotel. It was my choice though because I wanted to be back in Denver for another Tesla event that Saturday. It was a sleepless night, but well worth it. Although I don't plan on doing that again for the semi event. I will be in California for a few extra days.

For events plan to stay the night somewhere if you plan to go on the test drive. Events normally end around 9-11 depending on your queue for the test ride

For the unveil events do they pay or its just an invitation and we would be responsible for all the expenses.

Usually it's just an invite and you are responsible for all of your own travel costs.
