I've answered loan but have not filled out the credit application section.
I wanted to follow up that if you don’t have your Tesla financing done you will never get a car assigned.

The best bet is to select “cash” and change it later to financing with a request to order status or your SA. That way you are not in limbo with an incomplete profile (which will never get a car assigned).

MY LR7 White on White, 20”, No FSD, No Tow. EDD holding steady for a few days now June 22-June 30th. Picking up at Dublin, CA.

Order date 5/14. No VIN yet.

Question: I understand cars with similar config are manufactured together. Are there other MY LR7 seeing similar timelines?
Same config as you but I added tow. My EDD disappeared days ago but I’m told my car should be ready in about 7 days. I ordered in Walnut Creek and getting home delivery. Ordered 4/11.

Thanks. Switched from Loan to Cash. Appreciate your suggestion. Hopefully it now speeds up the process of getting a VIN assigned.

I think the Walnut Creek pulls from the Dublin lot, so watching to see when they start getting deliveries.

You’re right that WC orders are delivered via Dublin. However I was told by a Dublin delivery specialist that most will be home deliveries (apparently it’s more efficient, especially with the upcoming rush). Not sure if you can request a store delivery or not…hopefully we’ll find out soon.

I talked with an SA yesterday at Dublin Center and he told once you have a VIN assigned and get a call for your SA, you will be able to schedule in-person or home delivery based on your choice. Got a feel that they can accommodate both.

Talked to the SA today and he almost "guaranteed" (at 90%) that I would receive my car the 4th week of June. The 3rd week is possible at 8% and July is the remaining 2%. I expressed my displeasure with the delivery process and the difficulty it inflicts on Tesla customers with having to maintain an open schedule (no trips or commitments) with an ever changing EDD. He agreed that it was terrible, but that is the way it is so (basically) deal with it and move on.

Due to my proximity to the factory I'm expecting the delivery on the last day of June.

Ordered 4/26 current EDD 6/13<>6/30
Home delivery Fremont
MYLR, AWD, Blue, Black, 19", Tow

You can request store delivery (pickup) or they preferably deliver it to your house. My SA did say that I run the risk of having a later delivery date than scheduled if I chose the route of pickup (although I tried requesting 1-2 days after I set up my delivery appointment).

So sorry that happened to you! Same thing happened to me earlier this week. I have called the delivery center and two different SAs and each gives me a different answer. My best advice is to let it go, and verify that you are still on track for a delivery this month. It's absolutely maddening, but there is really no recourse.
I texted my SA this morning, and he said that he’d look into it. He then called and said something along the lines of that I should not have been matched to that VIN and asked if I can be flexible about some of the options of the car. He then said he’d look to see what he can find. I haven’t had service after that until now, so I have no idea what’s going on. I’ll check with him in the morning. I better still be on track for a delivery this month....

The wait is over. I received the VIN 6/1 9pm, showing EDD of 6/2-6/6. Every day passed and EDD will changed for a day until on 6/4 I called my SA about status. He told me the car is at the Corte Madera delivery center but its going to take some time to prep and detail so we schedule a home delivery for the coming Tuesday 6/8. This morning I received a call from him saying the car is actually ready and I can go to the showroom to pickup, but I declined. Couple hours later he said someone will be able to home deliver the car this afternoon and by 5pm it came.

I have only noticed the trunk gap is a tad wider on the left comparing to the right but generally it is un-noticable. I have not found other paint, panel issues yet and I would say the car is in near perfect condition. Will have to do a more thorough inspection next.

Got my VIN 207xxx! Red + Black, Colma, ordered 03/31. Updated delivery date June 05 - 09. What a long wait.
I got it while refreshing my account page, they really don’t send you notification lol
Things can happen so quick. Suddenly got delivery date as early as Monday, and I realize I don’t have all the accessories ready. Most importantly, a 14-30 Nema adaptor and mud flaps, assuming ppf is now pre-installed. I also realized I never went to a Tesla store, not even test driven one except once moved my friend’s Y to access another vehicle. I wonder if the service center I’m going to pick the car up could have these accessories for sale or I can only order them online and wait?
