You can try calling them and talk to a delivery specialist. I think it’s option #4 on the phone
I emailed my SA and got no response but just got a text saying the car will be delivered to my house in 4-6 days. Logged in to my account and it shows an appointment on 6/23. Home delivery was no an option when I ordered. We are not that close to Burbank and getting there in the next few days was going to be tough, so I am happy with the home delivery.

I ordered the day after you with same build but with Tesla Financing, but I did get the email glitch on my original reservation this morning. was Sept EDD yesterday now back to Jun19-Jun30. However last night I was able to snag an inventory car that only difference was Induction wheels. I instantly had a Vin# and about 20 minutes ago got a text to prepare for home delivery with e-sig and to pay the down payment. Currently just waiting to talk to any SA who can help so I can get my referral code moved over to the inventory vehicle and cancel the original reservation from 5/25. Fingers crossed everything goes well.. it will be a nice Birthday present if it comes by next weekend!
Ok so referral was moved over to inventory car, made payment and getting home delivery anytime between 9am and 6pm on June 22nd.

hmmm i'm contemplating then, because the price compared to the existing inventory orders done in March or April have a difference of anywhere of $1000 to $2500 more in price. The last price increase was this month and historically it hink the the base price (not including delivery or anything):

MYLR White, Black, 19, no tow and AP
March - 49,990
April - 50,490
May - 50,990
Mid May - 51,990
June - 52,490

Don't forget that in February, price was $48,990.

That's when I ordered mine (2/21).

Question: So I just got my delivery appointment and apparently its going to be a home delivery (which will occur sometime next week). When I had originally placed my order it said home delivery wasn't an option. I was originally supposed to do pick up at the Burbank SC. If I call and see if I can pick up is there a possibility that I may receive the car faster? or do the SC not even get the cars if its home delivery?

From what I can gather in this thread, there seems to be a bunch of us who are in the same grouping on the fulfillment side. Ppl who've had 'September' EDDs and also being moved around on a daily basis + got their Final Payment email this morning. I'm guessing that we'll get VINs by Tuesday at the latest and Tesla's system is moving day by day in batch updates. I'm hoping that since it's a large group, that we're all basically going to get our cars before 6/30. Haha

Is it me or the inventory availability prompting everyone who can’t wait to just buy from existing inventory? Am I wrong to think that people are suffering from FOMO and just buying at a higher price? If you have the money to, more power to you, I feel like this is a bait and switch tactic. Extend these orders and make demo’s available at a higher price.
I can understand if people physically need the car now (i.e. they already sold theirs or traded it in), but we can afford to wait. We can also afford to pay more to have it now but we’re fine waiting and locking in the lower price. Some have been able to still keep their original price as long as they find an EXACT match in inventory but I’m not obsessed about it (anymore, lol). It will come when it comes, and hopefully by then it may have some new additions or changes or they will have tweaked the assembly line and corrected common post-sale service items (i.e. coat hooks or misaligned charge port).

However, we used to have a Model S so I’m not experiencing FOMO strongly.

I ordered 4/28, have been having the crazy swings in delivery time and just got the email today about final payment. But then my account says estimated delivery July 7 - July 28. Model Y extended range, black with induction, 5 seater, black interior. I am a day away from saying f- it and buying a Mach-E.

just making sure here, the profile completion and the whole how you'll be paid determines the delivery date and production of the vehicle. So that i'm on the same page, everyone who currently has a "complete" profile should show the screenshot attached right?

I just came from the Marina delivery center (needed to cancel a second order and wanted to do it in person). I have a home delivery scheduled for Sunday. I asked them if the car was still coming to the marina first and if so, could I pick it up here to make it faster. They said the car still goes to the delivery center for detailing and that if it's ready sooner, I will get notified. However the pickup window, at least for the Marina, is just 3pm-5pm and home delivery could be earlier in the day. They did verify that the car is currently enroute to their center.

I also was not able to select home delivery when I ordered so I selected pick up at Burbank. And I also am now scheduled for home delivery next week. I am happy to have it delivered though even if it adds a few days to the process (scheduled delivery date is outside the window given when I paid).
