10% loss of range after last update

Suddenly after the last update when I charge to 80% I only get 300km. I used to get around 330km at 80%. I have a standard range plus

this occurred after the v10 update while I was on vacation. The car was left plugged in and set at 50% although it was around 70% when I left.

Anyone else experience this? Tesla service did a remote diagnostics and said everything was ok. I still lost 10% range. Should I try to charge to 100% and see what range I get?

Should be pretty obvious that updates often cause more variation in the reported range than battery does.

Take a look at the forums, this has been extensively discussed for a few weeks.

For me, that is the gold standard. My SR+ Model 3 came in at 238 (381 km) of 240 miles (384 km) after an overnight, L2 charge. Firmware is 2019.32.12.2 with 15,000 service miles.

You don't have to charge to 100%. You can calculate your 100%. Just divide your miles left by % left and multiply by 100.
ex. showing 300km 80%. (300/80)*100=375 your 100% charge would be 375
