My configuration is very similar to yours (white/white MYP) and I ordered on 7/3 -- my EDD was initially (as the SA told me and the website showed) end of September. About two weeks ago it moved up to mid-July, then July-August, then back to July, changing every single day. Now it has been showing 7-11 weeks for the last three days!!

Anyways, I'd love to hear if you get a delivery date soon, as I haven't found many people waiting on MYP (mostly MYLR) and I'm curious as to whether our delays will be as bad as those waiting for LR...

Changed again today, I'm starting to think that the formula is today + 2 days - August 7th. So far, August 7th has not moved though, so I am hoping this means that my window is getting more and more precise.

My SA is useless, she responds a few days later--if at all with unhelpful information. I originally ordered July 16th but then 2 days later, revised it from MYLR to MYP on the 18th.

I'm guessing someone who wanted Biodefense mode more than they wanted their passenger lumbar controls.

Yeah it sucks to see this, but it should make you feel "safer" about your purchase decision - you can always sell it and not lose money (even make money during this chip shortage).

The EDD is now slipping out day for day, always starting two days from the current date. Now I am past the 60 day threshold that seems to be about the time that a VIN might get assigned. The Alhambra sales/service center is now open, and that is the closest Tesla location to me now. A couple days ago I came across my exact ordered car while stopping off for coffee on the way into work. Still had the new car plates and sticker in the front window. The car was pretty dirty though. The new owner must have decided to have some serious "fun" with the new toy. I didn't have any dreams about hand washing their new car, which is probably good

well hopefully we’ll both get our cars soon! it seems like there are less MYP orders than MYLR so our wait shouldn’t be as bad.

also, my EDD today is 7/25-8/6, so my end date moved up by one week! hope that’s a good sign!
