Completely agree.

That's why I didn't actively participate last round, I would get nothing for it and there were people actively trying to get to 5/10 that were closer than me.

Congratulations to Raymond Wu from Hong Kong on receiving the top referral title in Asia for the referral program ended on October 31st. Although he was not the first to acquire 10 referrals but he incredibly managed to refer a total of 86 new buyers and hopefully that will reduces many tons of harmful emission on the road. Tesla or any EV manufacturer should consider recruiting him to increase their monthly sales volume.

Raymond received the delivery of his current Model S 85 this May and have been sharing his EV experience and helping non-EV owners to understand the latest technology with his website.

I'm offering my discount code from Ohio because I want to help Tesla sell cars and customers to get a little discount. Everyone wins.
We got our VA code off of this forum.
Between Uncle Sam and the Tesla discount we ordered our P90DL a year earlier than planned.
I personally don't want anything - no strings.

Codes from all states are worth the same discount now, so being from Ohio or VA no longer matters, right?

Those things.. and how will he know who used his referral link? Tesla doesn't release that information to referrers. Everyone should just email him their names or whatever -- he'll never be able to confirm if someone is a referral or not. And like you said, if I just bought a new Model S, what would I do with a used 70D? And even if he does win the P90DL, there's no way to enforce the contract/contest/giveaway.

No, still the full amount for 13 referrals in place. There was an algorithm hiccup that say, if you had 15 referrals & were waiting on 5 to confirm, it sometimes showed $15k credit plus another $5k pending. So it erroneously looked like $20k in credits. And as stuff confirmed, the pending would disappear.

It didn't drop you to under 10 referrals, did it?

Ok, for those wondering how to get to see the leaderboard, you may have never actually invited a friend from the Tesla app like my .. friend did...
So:
1- Allow the Tesla app access to your contacts (not a fan of this, but you can turn it off after step 5)
2 - Tap "From Elon"
3 - Tap "Invite friends" at the bottom of Elon's note.
4 - Invite one friend. This can be yourself.
5 - When you get back to main view in the app, the top-right button should say "Leaderboard".

Should note that this is IF you have a Model S. Roadster owners and confirmed X or S soon-to-be owners do not have access.
